01 — The Short Version
Dr. Nicole Terese Kammer is an early childhood education leader, researcher, speaker, and applied educational technology designer. Her work focuses on educator preparation, literacy development, curriculum innovation, and practical AI tools that help schools and programs solve real instructional and organizational problems.
What I do now: I connect early childhood expertise, higher education program leadership, and applied educational technology to design practical systems for curriculum alignment, field experience planning, assessment, and student progression. Whether I am leading a faculty workshop, building a visual program planning tool, or consulting on a district initiative, the goal is the same: make complex academic pathways clear and usable for the people walking them.
She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Monmouth University, a master's in Human Development from the University of Maryland, and undergraduate degrees in Visual Art and Psychology. That combination is the whole story: research discipline plus a maker's hands.
Her published work began with the Concept-Oriented Reading Instruction team (under her maiden name, N. T. Scafiddi) and continues in IGI Global volumes on inclusive leadership and social-emotional learning. Her current work turns that research into software families and classrooms actually use.
She builds and operates her own education technology — CivicPass Prep, Word Adventures USA, The Storybook Coach, and Journal Spark — and publishes classroom materials as Enchanted Classrooms, a Teachers Pay Teachers shop ranked in the top 9% of sellers.

04 — How I Work
Data first, warmth always
Decisions grounded in what the numbers show, delivered by someone who still remembers what a hard Tuesday in a classroom feels like.
Build with, not for
Nothing I design gets handed down. Teachers and families are in the room while it's being made.
Finish the implementation
I stay interested in what happens after the keynote — the checkpoints, the ownership, the February slump.
